Battlefield 5 Gaming Benchmark
Battlefield 5 is first person shooter video game, published by EA. It was released on November 2018. This game does not include an in-game benchmark. To obtain repeatable results we have used FRAPs and recorded 5 minutes of the Under No Flag level. The test begins after the cut scene where you get to watch the bombs planted explode and where you are directed to destroy enemy aircraft. This section was chosen as it combines numerous NPCs, explosions, and is generally fun to play as well as being highly repeatable.
The settings used in the testing below are Ultra display settings with Vsync at a resolution of 1080P , 1440P, and 4K.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 5 Benchmark
Call of Duty: Black Ops 5: Cold War is a first-person shooter video game published by Activision and released in November 2020. Our test uses a custom in game timed benchmark that consists of five minutes of game play during the ‘Break on Through’ level. Recording starts as soon as the cutscene transition from the downed helicopter to the ground ends. This location was chosen at it offers everything from a variety of NPCs, explosions, shadows, foliage, water surface reflections, and generally speaking is both visually complex and surprisingly hard on a video card… for a CoD game.
An average of four runs was taken.
The settings used in the testing below are ‘Ultra’ settings for anything that allows for Ultra, and high for anything that does not. With VSync disabled, all at a resolution of 1080P, 1440P, or 4K.
