Overclocking Results
As you can see manual overclocking can provide a bit more performance but both AMD and MSI have pushed things pretty close to the max right at the factory. As such we would recommend that, if you really have a need for speed and were sucker… err… forced to buy a RX 6600 XT, you start with memory overclocking first. It is where most of the performance gains will be found (especially at higher resolutions). That or… you know… wait a couple weeks, sell/flip this card on to someone else and then put the cash towards a used last gen Red/Green card or a Radeon RX 6700 XT. Either is a more optimal solution and use of your time.
