PC Mark 10
PCMark is a computer benchmark tool developed by Futuremark to test the performance of a PC at the system and component level. PCMark 10’s included benchmark covers a wide range of activities from everyday productivity tasks to demanding work with digital media content. We have opted for the Digital Content Creation benchmark which reflects the demands of working with digital content and media. The tests include Photo Editing, Video Editing and Rendering and Visualization.
POV-Ray Benchmark
The Persistence of Vision Ray Tracer, or POV-Ray, is a ray tracing program which generates images from a text-based scene description, and is available for a variety of computer platforms.
Blender Benchmark
Blender is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software toolset used for creating animated films, visual effects, art, 3D printed models, interactive 3D applications and video games. Also included is a CPU benchmark Utilty. For testing we have opted for the standard ‘BMW’ demo.
