The Witcher 3 Hearts of Stone Expansion

For those who have been living under a rock since the release of the Witcher 3 or have been overly focused on playing and replaying the game that they forgot the first expansion, titled Hearts of Stone, recently released, do not worry. We are here to give you our take on this first of two expansions that are set to wrap up the epic story that is Geralt of Rivia within the Witcher video game trilogy.

We will be assuming that you have played through at least most of the Witcher 3, though there will be no spoilers from the game in this review, we do recommend you go beat the game before tackling the expansion. Then come back here and read the review to see if it is worth dropping some crowns on this first expansion. As this is only an expansion and is not be nearly as long as the Witcher 3, the  review itself will be a lot shorter since we are assuming you’ve played the game and understand the story, basic mechanics, gameplay, etc. If you forgot, we welcome you to re-read the Witcher 3 review easily found on the site.
